What is your returns policy?

Applies to the original purchaser only.
Covers any product you purchased from the website for 30 days from the date of purchase or otherwise stated, if the product does not work properly or arrived damaged or you received and incorrect item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-authorized returns will not be processed or shipped back to the sender.

Items are accepted for returns have to be shipped in the original packaging with no missing parts or stickers.
The returned item will be processed for replacement or the refund will be issued if the same product is out of stock. Please allow us 10 business days for processing.
All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of loss or damage to your shipment, we will supply with the free of charge replacements. In case replacements are not available, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to request a photograph of the damages.
